NOISE REDUCTION INSULATION

sound insulation Natural Cotton Fiber insulation is the successful combination of 25 years of insulation experience and a revolutionary patented manufacturing process that has created a superior and safe product. UltraTouch is made from high quality natural fibers. These fibers contain inherent qualities that provide for extremely effective sound absorption and maximum thermal performance. Used in spaces between studs or in ceiling spaces, this material is used as a buffer or a sound mitigation material to reduce echo or airborne resonance.

sound absoprtion insualtion The UltraTouch sound absorption material used in conjunction with mass loaded vinyl barrier and drywall will reduce most residential and commercial noise by up to 85%. If the UltraTouch material is used by itself with drywall or a generic wall panel, the noise can be reduced by 35% to 50% depending on wall construction.

UltraTouch is a Class-A Building Product and meets the highest ASTM testing standards for fire and smoke ratings.
UltraTouch contains 85% post-industrial recycled natural fibers making it a high quality sustainable building material.

Additional Information

Sound insulation materials are available in many types. Most sound absorption / insulation material is itchy, hard to install and requires a tremendous amount of effort. With the UltraTouch sound insulation, you can install the sound insulation material with little or no effort. You can wear shorts to install this acoustical insulation.

The UltraTouch insulation is not a sound proof material. It is used to deaden the echo or reverberation in spaces between studs in a wall system. By having insulation inside a wall, the UltraTouch traps the resonant noise in the wall and prevents excessive noise from slipping through. This material combined with 5/8 drywall and our soundproofing mass loaded vinyl barrier makes an ideal wall system for blocking sound.
